The following link is the 66 page Lawsuit that was filed by the NJSPBA on March 29th in the State of New Jersey in reference to Chapter 78 Pension and Medical Changes
Also on April 9th the NJSPBA filed a complaint in the Appellate Division for Governor Christie failing to mandate the forming of our pension committee to over see our system. We have surpassed the 75% funding mark and are presently at 79.6%.
President Weiners is having a meeting with the Law and Public Safety Committee concerning the decrees in man power, special units and the rise in crime. Please forward me any information on these issues so I can forward them to the State.
